Legendaarinen laulaja Aretha Franklin kuoli torstaina. Jim Carrey oli naisen suuri fani, joten hän teki taideteoksen laulajattaren muistolle.
Huonosti kävi. Sillä julkaistuaan kuvan, Twitterin käyttäjät kävivät hänen kimppuunsa, koska heidän mielestään Arethan ihonväri on aivan liian valkoinen.
Vaalean värin voi kuitenkin selittää nopeasti: Aretha on matkalla kohti valoa, joten hän kylpee kirkkaassa taivaallisessa paisteessa.

Everyone complaining about her being 'white' in the pic, its an artistic technique to do the shading and detail etc in brown to signify her skin colour, he obviously wasn't trying to whitewash her and the drawing is great and sentiment lovely so wind your necks in
