Disney yllätti kaikki San Diego Comic-Conissa. Marvelin tuleva Disney Plus -sarja Marvel Zombies saa MA-TV-ikärajaluokituksen. MA tarkoittaa maturea, eli sarja on kielletty alle 16-vuotiailta.
Tarkoittaako tämä myös sitä, että fanien kovasti rakastaman Daredevilin 18-osainen paluusarja Daredevil: Born Again saattaa olla myös K-16. Ja miten on Bladen laita?
Testaileekohan Marvel hieman kepillä jäätä ennen kuin Kevin Feige ja kumppanit päättävät tulevista tuotannoistaan? Deadpool 3 tulee nimittäin olemaan ensimmäinen Marvel Studiosin K16-elokuva.
Perjantaina palveluun lisättiin myös ensimmäiset R-leimatut elokuvat: Deadpool, Deadpool 2 ja Logan – ja sepä aiheutti pahennusta USA:n sensuurihaluisissa konservatiiveissa.
Euroopassa K16-sisältöä ollaan nähty jo Disney Plussan Star-kanavalla, mutta USA:ssa Disneyn muut suoratoistopalvelut hoitavat niiden jakelun.
Daredevil: Born Again nähdään Disney Plussassa keväällä 2024.

they kinda have no excuse not to give daredevil a tv-ma rating now. might as well if you want to preserve the tone and feel of the netflix show.
